Yes, absolutely! You can easily choose 2, 3, or 4 pets directly on our website. If you have a larger furry family with 5, 6, or more pets, our artists can happily paint them all together into one big masterpiece.

Absolutely! We believe you should be 100% in love with your custom art. That is why you are a part of the process from start to finish. We will send you a digital preview of your portrait to review. If it’s not perfect yet, don't worry—we offer unlimited revisions. We will never send anything to print without your final approval and complete satisfaction!

You will receive your digital preview within 1–2 business days. Once you approve the design, production and shipping usually take 4–8 business days. Please note that the timeline may be extended if multiple revisions are requested.

If you aren't 100% in love with your artwork, we will work with you to make it right! We offer unlimited minor revisions to ensure it's perfect. We will never send your portrait to the printer until you give us your official approval.

For the best result, please provide a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting (avoid backlighting). Photos taken at your pet's eye level work best. We have a Photo Guide in each listing to help you. If you’re unsure, just send what you have—we’ll help you pick the perfect one!
