At CrownPawtrait, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom artwork for your beloved pets. Because each piece is meticulously refined and made-to-order by our dedicated design team, our timeline is divided into three distinct stages: Artwork Creation, Production, and Shipping.

1. The Timeline Breakdown

To ensure the best results, please keep the following schedule in mind:

  • Stage 1: Artwork Preview (1–2 Business Days): Our team of skilled digital artists will craft your custom portrait and send a digital preview to your email for approval.

  • Stage 2: Production (2–4 Business Days): Once you give us the "thumbs up," we move your order into the printing and quality-check phase.

  • Stage 3: Shipping Transit (See below): After production is complete, your order is safely packed and handed over to the courier for delivery.

Crucial Note: Your overall estimated delivery date is heavily dependent on how quickly you approve your artwork preview. A prompt approval helps us move your order straight into production so we can get it shipped out to you as fast as possible!

2. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping for all US and Canada orders over $100!

For orders under $100, our standard shipping rates are flat and simple:

  • United States: $8.99

  • Canada: $9.99

Note: The final shipping cost is based on the specific product type (canvas, mug, apparel, phone cases, etc.), weight, and your exact delivery destination. You will see the final shipping cost clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Estimated Transit Times

All physical orders are printed using premium materials and shipped from our USA-based partner facilities with full tracking provided.

4. Important Delivery Policies (Please Read)

  • Photo Quality & Delays: If the photo provided does not meet our high-quality guidelines, our team will proactively reach out to ask for a better one before we begin. This will naturally extend the initial artwork creation time.

  • Approval Response: We offer Unlimited Revisions during the preview stage to ensure you are 100% happy. However, each revision request or delay in your response will extend the final delivery date.

  • Auto-Approval Policy: We allow a maximum of 72 hours for you to approve your artwork preview. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we will automatically approve and print your order to avoid further shipping delays.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, or Father's Day), carriers often experience much higher shipping volumes, which can result in unexpected delivery delays. To ensure your gifts arrive on time, we highly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance during these busy periods.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's tracking status to update.

  • Split Shipments: To ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery, different products (e.g., a canvas and a mug or apparel) are printed at different specialized facilities. They may arrive in separate packages with unique tracking numbers.
